I am excited to share my latest Engagement Photo Session in Little Cayman with you. Karen and Spike spent their very first holiday together in Little Cayman and loved the island ever since. So when choosing a location for their shoot, Little Cayman sprung to mind. Since it is one of my favourite places on earth and I was very happy to oblige.

Karen moved to Grand Cayman just over 11 years ago from Ireland and met Spike nearly 10 years ago and they have been together ever since managing to survive a long distance relationship for two years and some very expensive phone bills!  Spike was born and grew up in Cayman to Northern Irish parents.

They both met when they were in the service industry/college and have somehow ended up as grown ups being a teacher and an accountant.

Spike proposed this summer in northern Italy.  Karen remembers: “We went exploring with a picnic in tow, and ended up in the Dolomites in Alleghe, we took a cable car to the top of Monte Civetta and after our picnic he proposed.  I think it was part of his plan to take me somewhere where no one spoke English and I couldn’t get away lol.  He did then have to endure a 2 hour car drive back with me staring at my ring and squealing with excitement.”

I am thrilled to be photographing their wedding later this year too.
